做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
