做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
