做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
