做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
