做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
