做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
