做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
