做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
