做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
