做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
