做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
