做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
