做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
