做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
