做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
