做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
