做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
