做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
