做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
