做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
