做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
