做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
