做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
