做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
