做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
