做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
