做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
