做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
