做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
