做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
