做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
