做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
